Abstrakt

This project examines a theological and biblical understanding of coupling through the lens of four biblical texts in light of the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) epidemic. After analyzing the traditional coupling model and exploring the psychosocial issues of homosexual men and their coupling, the project presents a model specifically tailored to homosexual concerns. The project offers a practical, therapeutic guide for pastors and counselors in ministry to families and individuals living with HIV/AIDS and also to homosexual couples seeking to strengthen their relationships.
