Abstrakt

The purpose of this project is to equip selected leaders of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Eight Mile, Alabama, to share their Christian faith in a primarily African-American community. The proposed equipping model will focus on four project goals. The first goal will be to research how to equip selected leaders with techniques on how to share their Christian faith. The second goal will be to develop lesson plans, use a triad model, and prepare seminars to equip these leaders with these skills. The third goal will be to assist these leaders in a field exercise in sharing their faith. In the final goal an evaluation of the model will be conducted, and the design will be implemented into Mt. Olive Church's new membership manual.
