Abstrakt

This ministry project addresses the need to develop higher expectations in the membership of the Fairview Baptist Church concerning biblical and personal responsibilities. The author researched and gave attention to biblical doctrines and images pertaining to the local church, regenerate membership, and the cost of church membership. The author researched the common membership requirements in today's local church and the New Testament church as well as giving reasons for change needed in today's local church; particularly Fairview Baptist Church. The project produced satisfactory results in helping Fairview Baptist Church to move toward higher expectations in those seeking membership.
