Abstrakt

This project presents a model for developing and implementing a volunteer chaplaincy program in a local hospital. Pastors, chaplains, or hospital administrators desiring to establish a program could use this project to train and equip local pastors to serve in this capacity. This project offers a selection process, a training procedure, and implementation guidelines to establish a program of this nature.
