Abstrakt

The project develops a system of integrating new members' gifts and graces of leadership into large churches. This project includes research into why persons join large churches and leave large churches, provides for opinions and attitudes from the overall leadership of the church on the nature of leadership, and provides for systems of new member orientations and instruments for the integration of the gifts and graces of new members.
