This project describes the development of an assimilation strategy at Calvary Baptist Church, Elizabethton, Tennessee. Ch.1 serves as an introduction to the need of a new assimilation strategy. Goals, church context, statistical analysis, definitions, and research methodology are detailed in the chapter. Ch.2 addresses the biblical and theological foundations for an assimilation ministry.
