Abstrakt

This project proposes that adoption of new organizational structure can provide opportunity for cultivation of a new vision of leadership in local United Methodist congregations. The project uses a model for church organizational change developed by Paul M Dietterich to encourage leaders to understand leadership as a spiritual gift exercised in the life of the church.
