This project was designed to lead Hillcrest Baptist Church in revising the by-laws to facilitate its newly adopted vision based lay ministry. Leaders were selected to work with the project coordinator in formulating an initial revision. Next, small group workshops were scheduled to lead the congregation in honing the revision into its final form. The revised by-laws were then adopted by a vote of the congregation.
