Abstrakt

As the local church transitions in size it must also change its approach to ministry and leadership. Utilizing the insights of Arlin Rothauge and business guru John Kotter, this project proposes an all encompassing approach for guiding change in the church. This case study of a pastoral church transitioning to a program church, suggests an approach to ministry and leadership that is internally driven, based upon spiritual gifts and the recognition of God's calling.
