  • Christendom in the United States is dying. This social upheaval has taken place for many reasons, not the least of which is religious plurality. Individual Christians and Christian institutions are now faced with the question, 'How shall I engage the religious other?' As an institution, the Presbyterian Church (USA) is no exception. Using biblical and theological resources, as well as a diverse, five-person panel of Presbyterian Church (USA) clergy, this documents to determine the theology of non-Christian religions. The conclusion of this study suggests the PCUSA embodies a multi-paradigmatic theology.
