Abstrakt

This project is a fifteen hour leadership seminar that is designed to equip the leaders of a medium-size church to make the changes that are necessary in order to transition to a larger-size church. This seminar investigates barriers that inhibit growth over 350, and qualities that enhance growth over 350. The end result of this seminar was the development of thirty-two strategies that are designed to improve specific ministries within the church.
