Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to develop a strategic plan to change the campus facilities management paradigm of the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. The plan will enable the department to begin to care for all of the campus facilities within the context of the new paradigm. The plan will include all of the components necessary to maintain the attractiveness of the campus buildings and grounds on a day-to-day basis and provide a realistic budget to accomplish each component.
