Abstrakt

This project was designed to enable pastor and people to develop a ministry plan addressing the cohabitant life-style in their ministry setting. This plan would encourage people to choose marriage as described in Scripture as the best plan for them. The project began with a study of Scripture and other related literature. Another important element was the use of surveys in church and community. The heart of the project was leading the church to become problem-informed, then to take appropriate action in developing a ministry plan based on that information.
