Abstrakt

The work concerns the Christian spiritual formation of ministry leaders at West Congregational Church, Haverhill MA (USA). It is an exploration of the value of intentionally attending to the work the Holy Spirit is doing within the souls of church leaders according to God the Father's plan to transform individuals more and more into Christ's likeness. Three components form the core of the integrated strategy for this project: personally reflective (incarnational), scriptural (revelational), and a prayerful (relational) approach. This invited leaders to identify and cooperate with the work of the Holy Spirit.
