Abstrakt

This project concerns the process of developing the organizational structure in a local church. It explores in-depth the subjects of leadership, ecclesiology, and change. The process through which a church can journey is at the heart of this project. Along with the process is the resulting organizational structure for Richardson Church of the Nazarene. The purpose driven church, by Rick Warren, a a dominant resource in this project.
