Abstrakt

An intentional, structured approach for mentoring missionary candidates during their home service in the local church is needed for Simpson Memorial Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Observation through survey, experimentation and evaluation was the primary research method employed. Research indicates that this mentoring strategy is a felt need for mentor, mentoree, local churches and denomination.
