Abstrakt

This project proposes to help established congregations to build on strengths and correct weaknesses in order to connect successfully with their present clientele and culture without compromising their biblical foundations. In the most traditional or established churches the most specific need is to make changes without surprise and upheaval. The project seeks to change not only public services and ministries but also leadership strategies behind the scenes that make change and improvement possible.
