Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to equip the leaders of the various ministries at Fellowship Baptist Church, Jena, Louisiana, to function as a ministry leadership team in order to plan and provide a complete, comprehensive, and cooperative ministry. The project director used the project equipping model. The project began by researching both the secular and biblical fields as to the nature and functions of team-building, a team-based ministry, and good leadership, as well as curriculum design. Upon completion of the research, the project director developed a curriculum of complete lesson plans and teaching material consisting of an orientation and eight training sessions to equip the leaders of the various ministries to function as a ministry leadership team at Fellowship Baptist Church, Jena, Louisiana.
