Abstrakt

This dissertation is to research the biblical foundation of church planting, the growing factors of church, and the practical methodology of church planting. It will research the history and life of the founder Dr. A. B. Simpson of Christian and Missionary Alliance first and also research four church planting case studies by analyzing their strategies, making some comparison and comment of each model and providing my evaluation on this church planting movement in Canada. It will help pastors who are interested in planting Chinese churches in Canada. Finally, it will provide some suggestions about future Chinese church planting in Canada.
