Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to equip selected ministers in the Arkansas Valley Baptist Association, Colorado, to apply missional church development components to their ministry contexts. Following comprehensive research, a six-session workshop was developed. Session topics included a missional overview, prayer, incarnational living, saturation evangelism, reproduction, and missional leadership. Sessions were taught during a one-day workshop. Project goals were assessed by expert evaluations, completing a curriculum design course, personal reflection, and participant evaluations.
