Abstrakt

This project proposes to determine the relevance of Peter Wagner's church growth principles as applied to Mandarin Baptist Church of Los Angeles. MBCLA is a prominent Chinese church of more than 1,000 members in the Chinese community of San Gabriel Valley. The project examines factors that have contributed to MBCLA's phenomenal growth in the past 10 years, employing surveys and observations of lay members, leaders, and pastoral staff.
