The world hungers for leaders. So does the church. Sadly, many have squandered their stewardship to equip leadership for Christ's church. This manual provides a curriculum, supported by mentoring relationships, for developing character-based, competently skilled leaders for local church ministry. It presents a transformational and process oriented model for developing servants and shepherds captivated by the character and priorities of Christ. Fourteen guided lessons include biblical study, reading, instruction (notes included), interaction, and application exercises. Helps are provided for those who would seek to teach the curriculum to others.
