The world hungers for leaders. So does the church. Sadly, many have squandered their stewardship to equip leadership for Christ's church. This manual provides a curriculum, supported by mentoring relationships, for developing character-based, competently skilled leaders for local church ministry. It presents a transformational and process oriented model for developing servants and shepherds captivated by the character and priorities of Christ.
