Abstrakt

Through the biblical research, studying pertinent material, his own personal experience and consultation with others, the author showed biblical models, the needs and challenges in the globalization of each era in the 21st century, discussed practical steps and principles for pre-field preparation, fruitful field work, good post-field follow up and practical methods of promoting short-term missions in the church. Short-term mission has a vision to urge the whole body of Christ to participate in world-wide missions. By participating in short-term missions, Christians in every stage can contribute and develop their gifts to accomplish the great commission of the Lord.
