Abstrakt

Getting into character is a step by step guide for crafting effective, dynamic, biblically based first-person narrative sermons. The intent of the book is to not only convince preachers to add first-person narrative sermons to their preaching repertoire, but to equip them to craft and deliver these sermons with excellence. It is very important for preachers to develop the ability to effectively employ several different kinds of preaching styles, such as first-person narrative sermons, can be a fresh and creative way to engage both the congregation and the preacher. This volume is intended for preachers and students of preaching who desire to expand their preaching ministry by employing a new homiletical style.
