Abstrakt

The purpose of this project is to lead participants through a three-stage process of discovering, developing and utilizing their spiritual gifts in a local church. The project introduces participants to spiritual gifts through a gift-discovery class. Once one's gifts are discovered, a second series of classes is offered to develop those gifts for specific ministries. The nominating committee implements the gift-utilization stage by helping members find a gift-oriented ministry.
