- This project dealt with the topic of living a well-balanced life. The writer posed the following research question: What role, if any, does exercise and nutrition play regarding wholistic living? The writer researched and discussed the degree of fitness from four different perspectives: mental, physical, social, and spiritual. Having used the quantitative and pro-active research methods, the writer established a fitness program in which participants committed to exercising at least three times a week for a minimum of thirty minutes per workout session. The results of the project affirmed that proper exercise and nutrition can, in fact, improve one's overall well-being.
