The purpose of this project was to provide First Southern Baptist Church of Dover, Delaware, with a process to assimilate adult members beyond traditional methods. The project involved researching existing assimilation strategies through readings, church surveys, and interviews; developing an assimilation strategy based on research conclusions; and presenting the strategy to the church members.
