Abstrakt

The purpose of this dissertation is to propose an ideal model of worship for the Korean Presbyterian churches based on scripture and the Reformed tradition. The author reviewed worship in the Reformed tradition and analyzed current problems in the worship practices of the Korean Presbyterian churches. Data was gathered through survey of literature and questionnaires were given to pastors and lay people to assess their understanding of principles of reformed worship. It is the author's hope that this dissertation is a stimulus and guide to a worship renewal movement in the Korean Presbyterian Church.
