Abstrakt

The thesis of this project was that a discipleship training program would foster improvement in certain spiritual disciplines among the adults in the program. Experimental and descriptive research methodologies were used with control and experimental groups. A questionnaire determined spiritual disciplines that needed improvement, and a training manual was developed based upon the results. The experimental group received seven weeks of discipleship training from the project director. This group then trained others one-on-one using the same material. Statistically significant growth was measured in the experimental and one-on-one groups.
