Abstrakt

This ministry project was to create 'Two by Two,' a network for couples who participate in or who are interested in shared pastoral ministry. The project director located couples via personal contact, Internet searches, and inquiries through denominational agencies. The database which the director created for the network contains the names of 28 couples who share the pastoral responsibilities of a local church, and an additional 31 couples who have expressed an interest in this form of ministry. These 59 couples were the focus of the ministry of 'Two by Two.'
