  • The United Methodist Church of Torrimar has a problem of chronic standstill of the congregation. The challenge is to change the ministry of the church by transforming its sociological structure as a small church operating as an inner single cell into a sociological structure characterized by its inclusive and multiplication groups. The process of change will be built on groups theory, under the theological principle. The church should be an open, inclusive community to help as God's instrument to demolish the obstacles that separate men from God and one from another.
