The United Methodist Church of Torrimar has a problem of chronic standstill of the congregation. The challenge is to change the ministry of the church by transforming its sociological structure as a small church operating as an inner single cell into a sociological structure characterized by its inclusive and multiplication groups. The process of change will be built on groups theory, under the theological principle.
