Abstrakt

Communicating with increasingly visual and technological western culture at the turn of the century will require churches to pay more attention to visual methods of Communicating. This project provides a theological and theoretical foundation as well as a strategy for planning, implementing, and evaluating the use of visual electronic media in church worship services. Attention was given to developing and guiding two groups, a Celebration Design Team (worship planning) and a Visual Communications Team (media development and display). Evaluation of the development of these groups as well as church-wide response are included.
