  • This project was designed to create the proper group environment to strengthen relationships by emphasizing the need, impact, and hindrances in building authentic fellowship in the life of the church. Each group was age-graded and was no larger than fifteen members. A facilitator and assistant guided group discussion in each meeting. The curriculum consisted of thirteen messages--prepared from the book of Ephesians--which revolved around the deepening of relationships and building biblical church fellowship. Sunday morning messages were further discussed within each home group, with the aid of discussion guides. Each group discussed how the messages would positively and negatively affect the health of the church fellowship. The messages addressed the importance and impact of biblical community and described attributes and attitudes that would either strengthen or destroy it.
