Abstrakt

This research project created a model to translate prioritized outcomes for effective Christian education ministry at the start of the twenty-first century into a Christian college educational program. Using the Delphi technique, ministry professors and practitioners recommended 892 knowledge, attitude, and skill outcomes. These were synthesized to 99 outcome statements that were rank-ordered on a Likert scale resulting in the ten most effective outcomes for each domain. The final round of the Delphi elicited preferred learning experiences and assessment techniques. Recommendations included the development of strong college/church collaboration and cooperation, and the integration of the model into all degree fields.
