Abstrakt

This project is designed as a tool for missionaries who will undertake the task of developing a viable and relevant theological training program in a cross-cultural setting. To form such a program it is necessary to undertake crucial contextual reflection, assess both quantitative and qualitative leadership needs, and settle on an accurate purpose statement. Then, the missionary can develop objectives, instruction, curriculum, and structures unique to the context in which he/she will minister. The result will be a training program that is credible to the nationals for whom it is established.
