Abstrakt

The thesis of the author was to facilitate cooperation among local churches in the ministry of mission and evangelism within the Mission Covenant Church of Norway. A program of four gatherings with the leadership in nine local churches was pursued during fall 1992. Seven of the churches were younger than ten years. Two were older churches. The author used three different surveys among the leaders and members. Any increase in cooperation in terms of objective growth was not possible to measure. However, the author found new insights regarding existing weaknesses in the fellowship. The analytical information was of great value.
