  • The author's DMin project consisted of developing a project to equip volunteer teachers to teach that do not have any formal teacher education. The project used James and Evelyn Whitehead's method in ministry to research the area of pastoral concern for the author's Baptist congregation. The project focused upon the teachers' and their students' personality types (Myers-Briggs), learning stages, developing stages, and their faith development stages. The project helped the volunteer teachers understand their ministry in relation to their own personality types and how this affected their teaching styles.
