Abstract
  • This project measured the effectiveness of Spiritual Development Groups as a tool for spiritual development in the lives of Christian leaders with a view toward overall church revitalization. The author limited the scope of the study in the groups to five key areas of spiritual growth and the groups met for one and a half hours, once a week for forty one weeks. The author evaluated the groups at the mid-point and at the end of the group life. Evaluative tools employe were surveys and personal interviews. The groups showed significant improvement in the spiritual development of both men and women.
