This project measured the effectiveness of Spiritual Development Groups as a tool for spiritual development in the lives of Christian leaders with a view toward overall church revitalization. The author limited the scope of the study in the groups to five key areas of spiritual growth and the groups met for one and a half hours, once a week for forty one weeks. The author evaluated the groups at the mid-point and at the end of the group life. Evaluative tools employe were surveys and personal interviews.
