  • Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, in its organization and development as a new congregation, was intentional in the ways the gifts of ministry of the Body of Christ could be demonstrated in the organizations and structures of the congregation's life. Methods used included a study of I Corinthians 12, Romans 12, and Ephesians 4; a course on spiritual gifts; a questionnaire responding to the congregation's organization, development and future; interviews of community and church leaders; and an organizational chart.
