Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to observe the impact of the revitalization process (planning cycle) upon a fundamentalist Baptist congregation which had entered a period of decline. Processes using small groups and congregational meetings were used to move the church through mission clarification, congregational assessment and goal setting. A study was done of the compatibility of these methods with the fundamentalist Baptist theology of the church. As a result, the church displayed significant internal change after the completion of ten months of work.
