Abstrakt

This major project focuses on the challenge churches face as they seek to incorporate the service of board members, committees, volunteers, and especially staff persons within a comprehensive administrative structure. The research focuses on the need for this project, the proper biblical and theological foundation for church ministries, and the way in which some churches within the Christian Reformed denomination are responding administratively to changes within our North American society. Through a series of research interviews the study confirmed the author's thesis, that team ministry done well, grows churches.
