  • As many Anglo-led North American Christian organizations have become increasingly multicultural, their top leadership teams have remained dominated by Anglos. This thesis research project explained how these organizations could address this problem by embracing intercultural partnerships. Understanding kingdom culture is the key to becoming intercultural. Kingdom culture is rooted in the character of the creator. Using grounded theory, a clear pathway for implementing intercultural partnerships was discovered. Common themes found in Christian organizations that have achieved intercultural partnerships were shared, as well as the steps that have helped these organizations progress through the process.
