Abstrakt

This project works to increase the awareness of AIDS for the church and to help a church in developing strategy for reaching out to people living with HIV and AIDS. It consists of a manual to be used in a church to raise awareness of church people of HIV and AIDS. The author outlines the nature of compassion in Scripture as the basis and foundation of ministry to people living with HIV and AIDS. The author's research includes opinion surveys, sociological studies, and interviews with ministries designed for people with HIV and AIDS.
