Abstrakt

This project is an inductive study of the reality facing Christians in their workplaces and the possibilities for ministry within these settings. Twelve laypersons covenanted with their pastor for a yearlong study. Two, three day retreats and nine evening workshops were held in the course of the project. Two central understandings informed the study: 1) the laity are the experts in ministry in the workplace; and 2) the process of the project was the central reality.
