Abstrakt

This dissertation introduces the Small Church Ministry program and, by case study, proves its effectiveness in the churches in which it has been implemented. SCM provides an alternative to adult Sunday school education. Small churches are gathered according to life station and meet to provide fellowship, encouragement, discipleship, outreach opportunities within the larger context of building community.
