Abstrakt

Multiethnicity in a given community is the blessing whereby all the members in the community can be enriched. Examining the theory and foundation of multicultural education, interviews with nationals of Kazakhstan and interaction with expatriate teachers of the Kazakhstan Evangelical Christian Seminary (KECS) on related issues of multicultural education were performed for this project. This thesis seeks to create a learning environment in the KECS ministry that can encourage students to bear a multicultural vision so that open community will be the norm of their ministries.
