Abstract
  • This project offers a process for training teachers of senior highs and a curriculum for teaching young people in grades 9-12 in a Christian education setting. The process focuses on building trusting and trustable relationships among adult leaders and youth participants in which the Christian faith becomes a lived experience. The student curriculum relates input from their life contexts to the biblical story. The biblical text, in broad overview, is presented to the young people using various media, including plays, role plays, video and audio presentations. The leader training process focuses on developing a relationship-primary, content-secondary focus in persons already holding a mature, integrated Christian faith.
